From Spirit to Systems: My Journey to Healing-Centered Leadership
I’ve always stood at the intersection of seemingly opposing worlds , faith and science, power and vulnerability, structure and soul. But to me, they were never opposites. They were always part of the same story.
I am a metaphysical practitioner, a licensed ordained minister, and a public health strategist, rooted in sacred psychology, shaped by personal trauma, and refined by decades of service in traditional church, government, nonprofits, and community systems.
My journey began with questions: Why do systems fail to heal what they were designed to serve? How do we restore not just services, but souls? These questions led me to the teachings of Dr. Paul Leon Masters, whose work in metaphysical science helped me further understand that healing is spiritual before it’s structural, and that leadership must be, above all, healing-centered.
Over the years, I’ve served as a frontline strategist, executive leader, and trauma-informed facilitator, working in city halls, police departments, youth councils, sacred spaces, and global healing rooms. I’ve lost family to gun violence. I’ve worked alongside grieving mothers, disillusioned public servants, and inspired young visionaries. I’ve felt the ache of burnout , and the grace of resilience.
I founded this platform because the world doesn’t need more reform. It needs transformation, the kind that is honest, rooted, and sacred. My life’s work is about bridging soul and systems, helping leaders, institutions, and communities heal from the inside out.
Whether I’m consulting on equity strategy, holding space in a trauma circle, designing a digital health intervention, or facilitating yoga-based resilience training, I bring the full tapestry of my calling, intellect, intuition, experience, and deep spiritual grounding.
This work isn’t just professional. It’s personal. And it’s time.
